Healthy KFC Style Wraps
I'm pretty excited about this one!

These healthy KFC style chicken wraps taste amazing and only a fraction of the calorie content (and probably higher in protein and nutrients) than the Colonel's original recipe ones

They take about 10mins to prep and then about 15-20mins to cook. You need to give them a try tonight, you'll feel like it's a Friday treat!

In the blender throw the end of a loaf of sourdough (ideally that has started to go stale), salt, peppers and if you want a bit of a kick, add some cayenne pepper or chilli powder

Dice the chicken into large chunks and dip in egg, then in the breadcrumbs

Fry in a little olive oil at a medium-high, turning regularly to make sure they cook evenly and the breadcrumbs don't burn

Serve them up on tortilla wraps with spinach, tomatoes, peppers, finely chopped chilli, a little tzatziki and a squeeze of lime juice
